Big nod to The Peacock people for letting us have their upstairs room. We’ll be back soon.
And as to when that’ll be, we’re aiming for a few months time – usual stuff allowing. We’ll let you know right here and on all our other social thingys.

We said after our last party that we’d let you know what we’re doing in 2014. Now’s that time.
We’re chuffed to say we’ll be back in action upstairs at The Peacock, Mansfield Road NG1, on Saturday 8th February. Usual time – 8.30pm ’til 11.30pm-ish. We’ve even got a new party night name too – DirtyDiscoJamm.
The room’s a wee bit smaller than before so things will be cosier but there’ll be plenty of space for boozing and boogying. We tried to get somewhere in NG5 but nothing was doing. That’s not to say we won’t come back – we hope so.
There’s one other thing we need to drop on you, and we’ve fretted long and hard about this – we’re asking you to cough up £2.50 when you come through the door. Quite a few of you asked before why we weren’t charging. We always thought it may have to happen and we’ve put it off as long as we could. But the only way we can keep the party going is to get your help with covering the costs of grabbing the room.
Hope to see you at our very first DirtyDiscoJamm in NG1 next year.
A massive shout out to everyone who got down with us for our last #VinylNight party in NG5 on Saturday 30th November.
All got a bit emotional towards the end as we kinda expected but we had a damn fine time playing for y’all even when our pesky gear played up(!).
Big nod to The Gladdie crew for letting us have their room for this last year. Another nod to all those people who came out to all our other #VinylNight parties too. Much appreciated, people.
So, what now? We’ve lined up another venue but are still working out some stuff. Soon as we’re sorted, we’ll let you all know – that’s a promise.

We’re a bit sad but we’ve had a damn fine year and it’s time to move on. We’re just working out the final details of our new home. Don’t fret – we’ll share all that with you soon enough. We’re even toying with a new party night name too…
Before then, you can get stuck into our latest mixtape (it’s a right cracker!) and our usual social ramblings. Or take a look at what’s been making us ignore the day job. Such as Soul Jazz Records’ US punk 45s compilation, Andrew Weatherall’s (not him again!) mix of Jagwar Ma’s “Come Save Me” and a scorching edit of Bee Gees’ “Night Fever”.
Hope to see you at The Gladstone on Saturday 30th November one last time for some booze and boogie.
