Once again, we’re made up to be spinning tunes to soundtrack an afternoon of supping craft beers and cider at Blackwoods Scouts Group Annual Beer Festival on Saturday 9th July ’16.
We’ll be dropping a massive selection of tunage from 2pm to 8pm-ish. Expect all sorts of nuggets and plenty of sonic surprises too. The beer fest goes on until late that evening so hang around to watch the sunset and catch the evening’s entertainment. We’ll be posting more info on all that over at our Facebook page.
It’ll cost you just a few quid to walk in while kiddies get in for nought. That gets you a free beer fest glass to sip your ale from too. Bargain. All profits go towards funding Blackwoods’ activities over the next year.
See ya’s there. Hope it’s proper sunny, people.
Crackin’ night. Big shout out to everyone who bopped ’n boozed with us at The Lord Roberts. Good to see you. Even bigger hugs to our DirtyDiscoJamm hardcore who just keep coming back for more. Appreciate your support, people. Honestly.
What now? The Lord Roberts as we know it shuts on 30th September. Many thanks to Shaun and his pub crew for looking after us this last six months. We’ll try to find a new home for our DirtyDiscoSoundsystem parties so hopefully we’ll be back spinning early 2016.

We’re finally popping our Rough Trade DJ slot cherry in their upstairs cafe at their gaff along Broad Street from 3pm ’til 7pm on Sat. 30th May.
Vinyl-only set pulling in all sorts of fine nuggets. Cafe’s a nice chilled space and kiddies are very welcome too. Been ages since we played out with some black wax so we’re well up for it.
Hoping it’ll be the first of a few slots over the coming months.
Be fab to see you if you’re in town that day.
Whoops! Took a bit longer than we wanted but we’ve bagged our next #DirtyDiscoJamm party night.
Happy to say we’ll be back spinning choice cuts on Saturday 27th June downstairs at The Lord Roberts, Broad Street, NG1. Usual time – 8.30pm ’till late-ish. Door tax is just £2.50. Bargain. Proper. We may even chuck in a few balloons.
Yep, we know it’s Glasto weekend. But we wanna dance, people. Not watch the telly. See ya’s there.
